Rejoice Gospel Choir is a community of diverse singers from all ages, backgrounds and cultures who love to sing, taking part in the rich tradition of gospel choir music and bringing it to the community of Sydney’s Inner & South West. The founders, Tash & Luke are passionate about the message of gospel music which is about faith in uncertainty and hope in pain.

The dream of Rejoice is to create space where everyone can connect to the joy of singing. We're made up of some professional musos, and some just giving it a go - hairdressers and teachers and nurses. We long to be a gospel choir where anyone can sing gospel music, regardless of musical theory knowledge, background, age, faith practice, sexuality or anything else people think might exclude them from experiencing the explosive joy of singing gospel music.
